1. Transaction Processing: Execute day-to-day SAP transactions across MM, SD, FI/CO, and PS modules, including purchase requisitions and orders, goods receipts, vendor invoice posting, and project-wise cost booking for offshore wind EPC projects (foundations, substations, cable laying, installation vessels).
2. Master Data Management: Create, update, and maintain accurate master data (vendors, materials, services, WBS elements, cost centers), ensuring compliance with approval workflows and internal controls so that project procurement and billing are not delayed.
3. Project & Site Coordination: Coordinate with project, procurement, logistics, finance, and site teams (including yard and marine operations) to capture material movements, subcontractor measurements/service entry sheets,



and milestone-based billing in SAP on time.
4. Reporting & Reconciliation: Generate and share periodic MIS reports (PO status, GRN/invoice pendency, inventory, budget vs. actual by WBS), and support month-end closing, vendor reconciliations, and audit queries with proper documentation.
5. Compliance, Support & Process Improvement: Follow L&T; SOPs, statutory norms (GST, TDS, customs and import documentation), and data security protocols; raise and track issues with the SAP support/IT team, and suggest improvements to streamline workflows.
