About the Role

This isn’t a typical Senior Analyst – Trade Operations role.

You will work on initiatives that genuinely transform how finance works in
India, a type of work few roles offer.

Trade Operations runs the 24×7 engine behind CoinDCX’s spot and futures
markets: platform reliability, reconciliation, corporate actions and fund
movements. This role exists to ownthose domains end to end, not just to staff a
shift.

You will sit between engineering, risk, product and customer experience,
turning incidents into root-cause fixes and manual processes into automated
controls. The systems and playbooks you build will decide how safely millions
of users trade.

What You’ll Do

* Live Trade Operations: Actively manage and monitor 24x7 live exchange
operations, order books, and market liquidity .
* Incident Management & Execution: Take direct ownership of production
incidents. Diagnose failure points rapidly, execute fixes using predefined SOPs
and safely manage escalation loops.
* Trade Lifecycle & Reconciliation: Oversee the end-to-end trade lifecycle
across Spot and Futures markets. Conduct foundational reconciliation checks,
manage margin/leverage parameters,
* Risk & Account Management: Monitor live system health, liquidity buffers,
and partner broker/exchange connections. Execute swift operational decisions
risk thresholds are breached.




* Process Improvement & Documentation: Transition from a firefighter to a
builder. Document edge cases, flag recurring system vulnerabilities, and
design/modify operational processes to build sustainable, fail-safe trading
workflows.

You’ll Excel in This Role If You

* Experience: 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience running live trade
operations, financial broking, or fintech platform operations. Direct,
unshadowed experience handling production issues ismandatory.
* Domain Expertise: Strong foundational and applied knowledge of the trade
lifecycle, order book dynamics, Spot vs. Futures trading, and margin/leverage
mechanisms.
* Operational Discipline: A strict maker-checker mindset. Proven ability to
adhere to rigid SLAs and process guidelines under high-pressure, fast-moving
market conditions.
* Analytical Problem Solving: Ability to systematically diagnose complex
operational failures, identify underlying root causes, and propose structural
process modifications rather than temporary band-aid solutions.
* Schedule Flexibility: Comfort and willingness to work across rotational
shifts and days in a rapid-paced24x7 trading environment.

You’ll Know You’re Winning When

In your first six months:

Month 1: learn

Order lifecycle across spot, Insta, futures; margin, funding, liquidation
logic

SOPs, recent RCAs; shadow all rotations

go through a training plan

Months 2–3: run the desk

Start contributing in process execution with a Senior person , handle
escalations, compensation cases

Process break investigation; corporate actions under a checker

Months 4–6:

Independently running the process tickets .





Assigned a process for improvement . Take team and process level KRs

You’ll work across spot, futures and new derivatives products, with direct
