Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and assistance in technical challenges and project tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Valuable To Have Skills: Experience with Jakarta EE.
- Strong understanding of application architecture and design patterns related to enterprise software development.
- Experience in developing scalable and maintainable backend services using Java frameworks.
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance in complex environments.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
