Role Description The Caller role at Homes India Enterprise is a full-time, in office position based in Patna. The Caller will handle outbound and inbound phone calls to engage potential and existing customers, provide information about services, clarify inquiries, and record key details in company systems. Daily tasks include following call scripts, updating call logs, maintaining accurate customer records, and coordinating with the sales or service teams for follow-up actions.

The role also involves resolving basic customer concerns, escalating complex issues when needed,



and meeting individual and team call targets. The Caller is expected to maintain a professional tone, adhere to company policies, and support a positive experience for every caller.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages, with clear and courteous phone etiquette.
- Ability to actively listen, ask relevant questions, and explain information in a simple, understandable manner.
- Basic computer literacy, including comfort with call logging, data entry, and using CRM or spreadsheet tools.
- Organizational skills to manage call lists, follow up with leads, and maintain accurate records.
- Customer service mindset, including patience, empathy, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Willingness to work full-time in office in Patna and collaborate with sales and operations teams.
- Prior experience in call center, telecalling, or customer support roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum high school diploma; higher education in business, communications, or related fields is an advantage.
