Role Description The Casting Yard Incharge – Pre-Tensioning role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The role involves supervising daily operations of the casting yard, including pre-tensioning activities for precast elements, monitoring production schedules, and ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards. The person in this role will coordinate with site teams and suppliers, manage workforce allocation, and maintain safety and compliance in all yard operations.

Responsibilities also include documentation of production,



reporting progress to project management, and resolving operational issues to maintain smooth workflow.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Team Management and Team Leadership skills to supervise yard staff and guide daily operational activities.
- Candidates should possess basic Broadcasting or information-sharing skills to ensure clear dissemination of instructions, updates, and safety guidelines.
- Relevant experience in precast concrete, pre-tensioning processes, or casting yard operations is highly beneficial.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of safety standards, quality control practices, and construction industry regulations is advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and manage physically demanding tasks in an outdoor industrial environment.
