Role Description The Agency Partnerships Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. In this position, the intern will support the partnerships team in identifying, reaching out to, and nurturing relationships with marketing agencies and other strategic partners. Daily responsibilities include assisting with research on potential partners, maintaining partner databases, preparing presentations and reports, and supporting outreach campaigns.

The intern will help coordinate meetings,



follow-ups, and documentation for ongoing collaborations, ensuring accurate communication and timely updates. The role also involves working closely with internal teams to align partnership activities with campaign goals and community initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to research markets, evaluate partnership opportunities, and interpret data for decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability in Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships to support relationship-building with agencies and ecosystem collaborators.
- Effective Communication skills, including explicit written and verbal communication for outreach, follow-ups, and internal coordination.
- Basic understanding of Sales processes to assist in lead generation, pipeline tracking, and partner engagement activities.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Interest in the creator economy, influencer marketing, and digital communities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Noida, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) and familiarity with CRM or partnership tracking tools is an advantage.
