Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Coordination: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns. Creator Discovery & Outreach: Identify, vet,



and connect with relevant content creators, influencers, and talent agencies across various social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.). Follow-up & Relationship Management: Maintain constant, persistent follow-ups with influencers, agencies, and partners to ensure timely delivery of deliverables. Direct Mentorship & Execution: Collaborate closely with the Founders, assisting in strategy formulation, campaign reporting, and operational execution. Performance Tracking: Track campaign metrics, monitor creator performance, and prepare clear evaluation reports. Flexibility & Problem Solving: Adapt quickly to fast-changing priorities and manage live campaign requirements, including weekend coordination when needed.
