Role Description The Retail Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and ensuring visual merchandising and product displays meet brand standards. This full time, on-site role in Bengaluru requires managing the sales floor, guiding team members to deliver excellent customer service, and monitoring performance against sales targets. The Store Manager will handle inventory control, coordinate stock replenishment, and support retail loss prevention efforts. Responsibilities include addressing customer concerns, maintaining a clean and organized store, and ensuring adherence to company policies and safety guidelines.



The role also involves coaching and developing team members, conducting basic reporting, and collaborating with leadership on local marketing and promotional activities. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.
• Candidates should possess interpersonal skills such as clear and professional Communication.
• Candidates should possess operational skills in Store Management, including staff supervision and daily retail operations.
• Candidates should possess awareness of Retail Loss Prevention practices to minimize shrinkage and protect store assets.
• Relevant experience in retail or store management, with responsibility for supervising teams and meeting sales goals.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Bengaluru, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as required.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort with basic reporting and use of point-of-sale systems.
• Preferred: Diploma or degree in business, retail management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
