Location:
Bangalore (field role, local travel required) Reports to: National Head of Sales – India Employment type: Full time Role Summary The Program Success Manager works in the field with schools in Bangalore. You will support the sales team with academic demos before the sale. After the sale, you make sure schools that adopt Shubhanga books get full value from them.

Key Responsibilities
Visit schools with the sales team and deliver academic demos of Shubhanga books, content and teaching resources Present the curriculum, pedagogy and book features to principals, coordinators and teachers Answer academic questions from school management and help the sales team close adoptions Provide post-sales support to schools using Shubhanga books: onboarding, teacher orientation and implementation guidance Visit adopted schools regularly to check how the books are used and resolve issues Coordinate with the production and content teams on supply,



delivery and content queries Gather feedback from schools and share it with the sales and academic teams Build strong relationships with school management for renewals and repeat orders Report on school visits, demos, support activity and feedback regularly Requirements Graduate or postgraduate (B.
Ed or M.
Ed preferred) 2–5 years of experience in education, publishing, teacher training or academic sales support Strong knowledge of school curriculum (CBSE / State Board) Excellent presentation and communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi or Telugu is a plus) Comfortable making demos and presentations to school management Willing to travel extensively within Bangalore and nearby areas Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace Key Skills Academic presentation, relationship management, problem-solving, teamwork with sales, follow-up discipline Compensation: As per industry standards and experience, plus travel allowance To apply: Send your resume to [email protected] or (phone hidden)
