Key Responsibilities
• Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure timely project execution and delivery.
• Ensure material availability through effective coordination with Purchase, Stores, and Production teams.
• Prepare procurement plans for raw materials,



bought-out items, and project-specific requirements.
• Track production progress, identify bottlenecks, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Coordinate with vendors for machining, fabrication, outsourced processes, and material deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal material utilization.
• Coordinate equipment dispatch, packing requirements, packing lists, and dispatch documentation.
• Maintain PPC records, material tracking reports, production plans, and QMS documentation.
