? We’re Hiring: Payroll Specialist | 5–10 Years of Experience ?

Jayanagar, Bangalore | Work From Office (WFO) Are you an experienced payroll professional with expertise in managing payroll for multiple clients? We’re looking for a skilled Payroll Specialist with strong knowledge of end-to-end payroll operations, Indian statutory compliance, and client management. Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for multiple clients.
• Handle salary calculations, attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, reimbursements, and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, LWF, and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Manage payroll reconciliation, salary registers, payslips, tax calculations, and payroll reports.
• Handle employee onboarding, salary revisions, full and final settlements, and payroll-related queries.
• Coordinate with client HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Support payroll audits, statutory reporting,



and process improvements.
• ? What We’re Looking For
• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in payroll operations.
• Proven experience managing payroll for multiple clients, preferably in a payroll outsourcing or managed services environment.
• Strong knowledge of Indian payroll regulations and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in HRMS & Payroll software.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and client management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple payroll deadlines while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. ?
