Role Description The Ecommerce Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kalyan Dombivli. This role is responsible for managing online product listings, updating content, and ensuring accurate pricing and inventory across ecommerce platforms. The Ecommerce Specialist will monitor website performance and sales metrics, analyze trends, and implement improvements to enhance conversion and customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams for promotions, responding to customer inquiries related to online orders, and optimizing product presentation and descriptions. The role also involves assisting with digital merchandising, tracking competitor activity,



and supporting online campaigns to increase visibility and revenue. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong E-Commerce and Sales skills for managing online platforms and driving revenue.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for interpreting data, tracking performance, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with customers and collaborating with internal teams.
• Experience with online marketplaces, shopping carts, and basic SEO or digital marketing tools is beneficial.
