Role Description The Quality Control Junior role at Nexfore Consulting is a full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai within the construction industry. The role involves supporting quality inspections on construction sites, verifying adherence to project specifications, and documenting non-conformities and corrective actions. The Quality Control Junior will assist in implementing quality control procedures, maintain records of tests and inspections, and collaborate with project teams to resolve quality-related issues. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with supervisors and engineers,



preparing basic quality reports, and ensuring that work complies with safety and regulatory standards. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to monitor construction activities and verify compliance with project requirements.
• Candidates should possess skills in Quality Management and Quality Auditing to support the implementation of quality systems and participate in internal and external audits.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Valuable Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or similar industry standards to help ensure consistent and safe work practices.
• Relevant diploma or degree in civil engineering, construction technology, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and basic understanding of construction processes and materials.
• Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and follow safety guidelines.
• Exposure to ISO standards, safety regulations, or prior internship/experience in construction quality control will be an added advantage.
