We are looking for an ambitious, data-driven SEO Intern eager to learn organic search strategies from the ground up and make an immediate impact on our digital presence. About Role We are looking for an energetic, creative, and proactive Social Media Marketing Intern who has completed their education and is ready to dedicate full-time hours to building our brand presence. You will assist in content ideation, creative asset coordination, caption writing, community engagement, and performance analytics across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities
(What You Will Do)
· Content Creation & Planning: Assist in maintaining our monthly social media content calendar with engaging posts, carousels, short videos, and updates.
· Copywriting: Write clear, catchy captions, headlines, and calls-to-action (CTAs) tailored to each platform's audience tone.
· Short-Form Video Support: Help plan, script, short-form video concepts (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn).
· Community Engagement: Monitor comments, mentions, and direct messages; respond promptly and engage with relevant industry discussions.
· Trend & Competitor Research: Track emerging social media formats, trending audio, viral topics, and competitor campaigns to pitch fresh ideas.




· Performance Tracking: Review post reach, impressions, follower growth, and engagement rates weekly, logging insights into Google Sheets. Relevant Skills
· Copywriting & Storytelling: Strong command of written English with the ability to write engaging, typo-free captions and hooks.
· Platform Fluency: Clear understanding of how algorithms, hashtags, and formats work on LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
· Organization & Research: Comfortable managing spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) for content scheduling and reporting.
· Attention to Detail: High standard for visual consistency, correct grammar, and brand alignment. Bonus Points
· Prior experience managing a personal creator account, college club page, or past internship handle.
· Familiarity with scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite). Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

Education:
Completed Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree (Graduates only).
· (Candidates currently enrolled in full-time college programs or awaiting university exams cannot be considered due to full time work commitments).
· Domain Relevance: Must have proven knowledge, creative portfolio/samples, relevant coursework, or 0–6 months of direct exposure in social media/content marketing.



Profiles without demonstrated marketing knowledge or creative samples will not be considered.

Location:
Based in or willing to relocate immediately to Bengaluru.

· Full-Time CTC Potential: ₹3.0 LPA – ₹4.0 LPA
· (Final confirmation and offer package depend strictly on the intern's overall performance evaluation and score across the 6-month tenure). Hiring Process Application & Portfolio Review: Resume screening along with writing/design samples. Short Practical Task: Creating a sample social media post (copy + simple creative).
