Job Summary As a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. You will work closely with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and product teams to deliver seamless mobile experiences and integrate applications with existing APIs and services. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into reliable mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS using Flutter and Dart.
• Build responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces based on UI/UX designs and product requirements.
• Integrate REST APIs and backend services into mobile applications.
• Collaborate with backend developers to ensure seamless data exchange and application functionality.
• Implement state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application bugs, performance issues, and technical challenges.
• Conduct unit, widget, and integration testing to ensure application quality and reliability.
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and scalability across different devices.
• Integrate third-party libraries, SDKs, authentication services, and other required functionalities.
• Work with version control systems such as Git and participate in code reviews.




• Collaborate with the product and design teams to understand requirements and deliver features within project timelines.
• Support application deployment, release management, and ongoing maintenance through the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Stay updated with the latest Flutter developments, mobile technologies, and industry best practices. Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven 5+ years of experience developing mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Strong understanding of Flutter widgets, layouts, navigation, and responsive UI development.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and working with JSON data.
• Knowledge of state management approaches such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX.
• Familiarity with asynchronous programming, including Futures, Streams, and async/await.
• Understanding of mobile application architecture, design patterns, and clean code principles.
• Experience with Git and collaborative software development workflows.
• Knowledge of debugging, performance optimization, and mobile application testing.
• Understanding of Android and iOS development environments and platform-specific considerations.
• Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Mandatory Requirement: Must have hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and similar AI-powered platforms to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and improve work efficiency.
