Mswipe is looking for a Telecaller to connect with our merchants, resolve their queries, and make sure ready merchant installations are aligned and closed on time. Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to merchants and communicate effectively in Telugu, English, and Hindi
• Handle merchant queries and validate installation remarks
• Follow up with the ASM/TL team to ensure ready installations are aligned and closed
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-up activities
• Coordinate with the internal operations team to resolve customer issues
• Achieve daily calling targets and assigned operational goals
• Prepare daily call reports and update customer information in the system Requirements
• Fluency in Telugu, with basic communication skills in Hindi or English
• Positive interpersonal and customer-handling skills
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel (copy-paste) or data entry
• Prior telecalling or customer support experience is a plus, but not mandatory
