Logic Edge is a Bhubaneswar-based, full-stack digital studio working across branding, content creation, social media, websites, SEO/GEO, smart technology, and event collaborations. We help brands become easier to understand, easier to find, and easier to connect with through work shaped by strategy, creativity, and precision. We have delivered more than 80 projects for over 50 clients across seven or more industries, including healthcare, hospitality, food, fashion, travel, technology, and professional services. Our portfolio includes both Indian and international brands. We are a multidisciplinary team, so the person joining us will take meaningful ownership of video from shoot to final edit. About the role
We are looking for a part-time team member who can both shoot and edit. You will create events, interviews, podcasts, reels, shorts, and longer-form videos for Logic Edge and for clients across healthcare and other industries. You will work closely with our social media lead, who manages scripts, content planning, and publishing. This is a part time, primarily on-site role. Your regular working schedule and expected weekly workload will be agreed before joining, with additional shoot timings planned in advance wherever possible. What you’ll do
- Shoot at hospitals, clinics, events, and other locations around Bhubaneswar.
- Set up cameras, lighting,



and microphones for interviews and podcasts.
- Record clear, usable audio in both controlled and on-location environments.
- Edit reels, shorts, and YouTube videos in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Add captions and deliver properly balanced colour and sound.
- Deliver the first cut of a 30–60 second reel by the end of the next working day after receiving the final footage and brief.
- Deliver longer videos according to an agreed project timeline.
- Keep footage, project files, and exports organised so the team can find and reuse them.
- Contribute creative concepts and suggest stronger, story-led ways to make each brand stand out. What we’re looking for?
- One to three years of experience in videography and video editing, or a strong portfolio that demonstrates equivalent ability.
- A portfolio containing work you personally shot and edited.
- Confidence using Adobe Premiere Pro. After Effects experience is a plus.
- A practical understanding of composition, lighting, clean audio, colour correction, captions, and pacing.
- The ability to manage deadlines and communicate early if a timeline is at risk.
- Reliable availability during the agreed part-time schedule and for planned shoots.
- Comfort working on-site and travelling to shoot locations around Bhubaneswar.
- Comfort receiving briefs in Hindi or English. Odia proficiency is an advantage.
