Role Description The Head of Commercial is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for leading all commercial activities of the company. This role oversees business planning, pricing strategies, and commercial contracts to ensure profitable growth and market expansion. The Head of Commercial will manage key customer relationships, negotiate agreements, and collaborate with operations, finance, and supply chain teams to align commercial decisions with overall business objectives. Daily responsibilities include analyzing market trends, monitoring commercial performance, guiding the sales and commercial teams,



and recommending improvement initiatives. The role also involves preparing commercial reports for senior leadership, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and supporting strategic projects related to refractory recycling and green materials. Qualifications
• Strong Business Planning and Commercial Management skills to drive revenue growth and market development.
• Advanced Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge to evaluate profitability, pricing, and investment decisions.
• Proven Team Management experience, with the ability to lead and develop commercial and sales teams.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or materials sectors (refractory or related fields preferred).
