Role Description The Food and Beverage Associate is a full-time, in office role based in Mawal, responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service across restaurants, bars, banqueting, and outdoor venues. Day-to-day tasks include greeting and seating guests, presenting menus, taking and accurately processing orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that all service areas are clean, well-stocked, and organized. The role involves coordinating with kitchen and bar teams,



handling guest queries and special requests, and resolving service issues promptly and professionally. The associate supports buffet setups, banquets, events, and room service as required, adhering to hygiene, safety, and quality standards at all times. This position requires a guest-focused approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, including weekends and holidays. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Food Service and Food & Beverage skills, including understanding of menus, service styles, and basic hygiene standards.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
• Candidates should possess fundamental Culinary Skills or basic food preparation knowledge to coordinate effectively with kitchen operations.
• Relevant experience in hospitality, restaurants, or resort environments is beneficial, along with knowledge of safety and sanitation practices.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; vocational training in hotel management or hospitality is an advantage.
• Ability to stand for long periods, work flexible shifts, and collaborate with diverse teams while maintaining a positive, service-driven attitude.
