Qualifications:
• Strong hands-on experience in Workday Studio integration development.
• Expertise in designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end Workday Studio integrations from scratch.
• Experience building complex integrations involving advanced business logic, error handling, and multi-component orchestration.
• Mandatory experience implementing PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface) and PICOF (Payroll Interface) for global payroll providers.




• Strong understanding of Workday payroll integration frameworks and global payroll data processing.
• Hands-on experience developing custom transformations using XSLT, XML, and XPath.
• Experience handling complex data mapping and transformation between Workday and third-party systems.
• Ability to design, troubleshoot, and optimize mission-critical integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical integration issues.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end Workday Studio integrations.
• Build complex integrations from scratch, including business logic, error handling, and multi-component orchestration.
• Implement and maintain global payroll integrations using PECI and PICOF frameworks.
• Develop custom XSLT transformations and use XML and XPath to support complex data mapping requirements.
• Ensure accurate and reliable data exchange between Workday and third-party payroll systems.
• Analyze integration requirements and design scalable, productive, and reliable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot integration failures, resolve technical issues, and optimize integration performance.
