About the Role
This is a technical evaluation and quality assessment role, not a software development position. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of contemporary programming technologies, software development practices, and industry standards to evaluate freelancers' technical expertise, portfolios, and professional capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate freelancers' technical skills, portfolios, professional experience, and quality of work.
• Review projects across various Programming & Tech categories, including website development, software development, mobile applications, and related technologies.
• Assess technical proficiency, implementation quality, complexity, and adherence to industry standards.
• Conduct objective evaluations based on predefined quality criteria and assessment guidelines.
• Identify technical strengths, weaknesses, and inconsistencies in submitted work.
• Document evaluation findings accurately and maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal evaluation and quality assurance teams. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development or a related technical field.




• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, and backend technologies.
• Knowledge of databases, APIs, software architecture, and development workflows.
• Familiarity with modern programming languages, frameworks, and development tools.
• Ability to analyze and assess technical projects without necessarily writing code.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and decision-making skills.
• Good written communication and documentation abilities. Good to Have
• Knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, mobile application development, or SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with AI-powered development tools, cloud technologies, and DevOps.
• Experience in technical quality assurance, code review, or project evaluation.
