Role Description The Social Media Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon. The intern will support the planning, creation, and scheduling of social media content across platforms, aligned with Shiksolve Education’s brand and communication goals. Daily tasks include drafting posts, assisting in designing visual content, monitoring engagement, responding to comments or messages, and helping track performance metrics. The intern will collaborate with the marketing and counseling teams to highlight programs, success stories, and learning opportunities,



and may assist with basic digital marketing activities such as campaign support and audience research. This role offers hands-on experience in social media management, exposure to the education and career development sector, and opportunities to learn best practices in online branding and communication. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to support online campaigns and audience engagement.
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop effective, brand-aligned posts and promotions.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to create clear messaging, interact with audiences, and collaborate with internal teams.
• Interest in education, professional development, or career counseling and a willingness to learn social media and marketing tools.
• Basic understanding of major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) and familiarity with content trends.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks under guidance.
