- Manager – Learning Center of Excellence (L&D;)

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement the learning strategy aligned with business and workforce needs.
• Build structured onboarding, role-based learning paths and employee development programs.
• Design digital learning content, microlearning modules, videos and assessments.
• Manage the LMS, including learning assignments, completion tracking, certifications and reporting.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering and HR to develop warehouse, safety, automation and technical training.
• Lead leadership development, career progression and competency-building initiatives.
• Manage learning vendors, project timelines and content quality.
• Track learning effectiveness through dashboards, training completion, competency sign-offs and business KPIs.
• Support current site launches and drive adoption of learning programs across locations. Qualifications




• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Learning & Development, instructional design or learning program management.
• Hands-on experience managing an LMS; Workday Learning is mandatory
• Experience with instructional design and digital authoring tools; Articulate Rise 360 is an advantage.
• Experience in frontline workforce training, safety/compliance learning and competency assessments.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing or automation is preferred. Note
• This role carries an overlap of roughly two to three evening hours on most working days as the leadership team and our sites are in the United States
