Job Purpose Job Purpose Description Job Purpose Description Job Context & Major Challenges This job involves managing complete Customer reconciliation (Invoice, RTV, QDN, Shortages, Payment) and Discount and GST working, LC process, Off Invoice discount checking, Shrinkage calculation Agreement part, Pricing, Credit Management, Scheme Management, Debtors Management, Receivables and Customer Service Initiative. Coordinate with Business Partner and within sales, SCM & finance dept to ensure smooth functioning of work responsibilities related to Scheme settlement to trade partners/credit note payables, credit control, Despatch and RTV reconciliation Receivables & MIS Key Challenges Are As Follows
• Large Format Store Reconciliation, closure of Open issues and Sign off
• Price working based on Margin negotiation and updating in system
• Drive the collection basis the receivable overdue report
• Monitor system updated pricing factor monthly based on Invoices Billed and correcting if any changes
• Raising Debit and Credit Note for any Price Variance
• Margin analysis till Cost Before Advertisement, Vat and Discount impact
• Discount Process updating for Additional GST benefit availability calculation.
• Debtors Management and Risk Analysis
• Budgeting for Debtors and Collections for Working Capitol
• Provision Analysis and Managing




• Assisting Brand / Sales Team for Margin Negotiations

• Conduct customer reconciliation for receivables
• Visiting Customer and building Relationship KRA4 Department Store collections improvement
• Drive Monthly reconciliation process reduce the booking discrepancies
• Fortnightly meetings with department store teams to firm up the cash flow
• Speedy issuance of credit notes and other debits Reduce in Debtor days by 4 days average KRA5 Statutory forms collections & Market Visit
• C Forms collections till Q2 FY 14 & monthly Customer meet
