As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding the technical vision and architectural framework for bespoke software projects. - Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.




- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Good To Have Skills: Data Architecture Principles, Capital Markets Research.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable data models tailored to complex business requirements.
- Experience in integrating data modeling with software architecture to optimize system performance.
- Ability to analyze and translate business needs into effective data structures and workflows.
- Familiarity with best practices in data governance and metadata management to ensure data integrity.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
