Job Description:

Job Title :Key Account Manager

Sector: BFSI/NBFC

Location: Mumbai

Prior exp in Realestate Funding Exp. or Construction Finance

Key Responsibilities -

a. Candidate should have 3-4 years of experience in Client facing role for servicing client requirements in real estate construction finance business

b. Co-ordination on entire disbursement process post sanction covering aspects such as gathering necessary documents from Client, preparing CP list with documents, coordination with internal stakeholders, escrow set-up and operationalization, taking necessary internal approvals, documentation execution oversight, co-ordination on property document collection, etc for disbursement

c. Co-ordination on post-disbursement processes such as NOC issuance, monthly MIS from Client,



LCR Letters, Post Disb conditions tracking, DSRA account creation and maintenance, co-ordination with internal stakeholders for subsequent disbursements, TDS collection and compliance, any other compliances necessary

d. Data entry and maintaining in internal ERP for all projects

e. Co-ordination with RMs for all client queries and resolve the same by interacting with internal stakeholders

f. Preparing and Maintaining internal MIS for CRE Sales

g. Co-ordinating Compliance activities with internal complaince and different stakeholders in CRE team
