Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare business valuations and financial models.

- Prepare investment decks, pitch presentations and investment teasers.

- Support financial and business due diligence activities.

- Coordinate with buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process.

- Assist in deal structuring, negotiations and deal closure.

- Analyse financial statements, business performance and investment opportunities.

- Prepare reports, presentations and transaction-related documentation.

- Support end-to-end investment banking and M&A; assignments.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–3 years of relevant experience.

- Experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, valuations, M&A;,



due diligence or corporate finance is preferred.

- Robust financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills.

- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.

- Strong written and verbal English communication.

- Comfortable working in US time zones, including late-night shifts.

- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–3 years of relevant experience.

Job Time- US timings – 4 PM to 1 AM or 6 PM to 3 AM

Working Days- Mon -Fri (5 days working)
