Role OverviewWe are looking for a Training Executive + Team Leader who can manage a team of recruiters and drive the complete Recruitment → Onboarding → Training journey, while also creating engaging AI-enabled and digital training content.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of recruiters responsible for facilitating the Onboarding to Training journey.Ensure smooth coordination between recruitment, onboarding, and training teams.Deliver classroom, virtual, onboarding, and process training programs.Develop training modules, presentations, assessments, and learning content.Leverage AI tools to create engaging and scalable training content and modules.Create digital training videos, micro-learning videos, and instructional content.Design training presentations, infographics, posters, and job aids.Monitor training effectiveness and continuously improve content and delivery.Key RequirementsExcellent Communication Skills – Strong verbal, written,



and presentation skills.Team Leadership Skills – Experience in managing and guiding a team of recruiters/trainers.Training Delivery Experience – Minimum 3 years of hands-on training/facilitation experience.AI Content Creator – Ability to use AI tools to develop training modules, scripts, assessments, and learning content.Digital Video Creator – Hands-on experience in creating and editing training/instructional videos.Graphic Designer – Ability to create qualified presentations, infographics, posters, and other training collateral.Preferred AI & Digital ToolsExperience with tools such as ChatGPT, Google Flow, HeyGen, Higgsfield, Synthesia, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or equivalent tools will be an advantage.PortfolioPortfolio/Samples of AI-generated training content, videos, and graphic designs will be preferred.
