Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Engineer with hands-on experience in railway infrastructure projects to supervise civil construction activities, manage labour, monitor progress, and ensure quality and safety at the project site.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise railway civil works, including earthwork, embankments, drainage, culverts and foundations.

- Read drawings and check site measurements, levels and alignment.

- Manage labour, subcontractors and daily site activities.

- Monitor project progress,



quality standards and safety compliance.

- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.

- Coordinate with project managers, survey and QA/QC teams.

Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

- 3–4 years of relevant site execution experience.

- Railway project experience is mandatory.

- Experience in civil construction, labour management and site supervision.

- Basic MS Office knowledge; AutoCAD is an advantage.

- Willingness to work at the project site in Salem.
