Role Description The Store Executive is a full-time, on-site role based at Detailing Bull’s facility in Gurugram. This role involves supervising daily store operations, welcoming customers, understanding their service requirements, and guiding them through available detailing packages. The Store Executive will manage bookings, coordinate with the detailing team to ensure timely service delivery, and oversee billing and cash handling. The role also includes maintaining store cleanliness and stock levels, handling customer queries and concerns, and supporting sales initiatives to promote services and add-ons.



The Store Executive is expected to provide a professional, friendly experience and contribute to smooth overall store functioning. Qualifications
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, provide explicit information, and resolve issues professionally.
• Experience in retail or store operations, including managing daily activities, inventory, and basic documentation.
• Sales abilities to explain service packages, recommend suitable options, and support upselling and cross-selling of services.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with customers, technicians, and management in a clear and professional manner.
• Basic commerce and numeracy skills for handling billing, cash transactions, and maintaining simple financial records.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and a customer-focused mindset; prior experience in automotive services or hospitality is an advantage.
