Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized HR Intern to support our Human Resources team with recruitment, candidate coordination, employee documentation, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment and selection, including job postings and resume screening.

Coordinate candidate interviews and follow up with shortlisted applicants.

Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, selection, and joining.

Assist with employee onboarding, documentation, and background verification.

Follow up with candidates and new joiners to ensure a smooth joining process.

Assist in employee engagement activities and other HR administrative tasks.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate or pursuing/completed an MBA in HR, Management, or a related field.

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Willingness to learn recruitment and HR operations.
