Job Role: Sales Engineer - Solar

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads for Rooftop Solar, Solar Pumps, and Solar Power Plants (Residential, Commercial & Industrial)

- Conduct site visits, assess client requirements, and prepare techno-commercial proposals

- Explain solar system design, ROI, subsidy, and net metering to clients

- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, distributors, and corporate clients

- Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare sales reports

- Coordinate with design, installation, and project team for smooth execution

- Attend exhibitions, and handle government tendering

Requirements:

- / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics OR MBA with technical background

- Knowledge in Solar Sales / Industrial Product Sales

- Robust knowledge of solar products, inverters, panels, net metering

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Willingness to travel

SALES ENGINEER - WATER & WASTE WATER MANAGEMENT

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 0-5 Years

Job Role: Sales Engineer - Water & Waste Water Management

Key Responsibilities:





- Sales of WTP, STP, ETP, RO Plants, ZLD Systems, Water Softeners for Industrial, Commercial & Residential projects

- Identify new clients in sectors like Hospitals, Hotels, Builders, Industries, Pharma, F&B;

- Conduct water analysis, understand client requirements, and propose suitable treatment solutions

- Prepare BOQ, quotations, and technical presentations

- Handle AMC sales for existing plants and generate revenue from service contracts

- Develop dealer network and manage channel sales

- Achieve sales targets and maintain CRM / sales pipeline

Requirements:

- Knowledge in Water Treatment Equipment / Chemical / STP-ETP sales

- Knowledge of water chemistry, treatment process, pumps, membranes (RO, UF, MBBR)

- Strong B2B sales skills and technical aptitude

- Good client handling and closing skills

- Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits
