Understand client needs and provide solutions for existing plants or recent facilities
Develop process design packages across various engineering phases
Responsible for delivering complete process packages including process calculations, schemes, PFDs, P&IDs;, Service and Material Index, Line List, Heat and Mass balance.
Handle process inputs for equipment datasheets, control valves, relief devices, operation and control philosophy
Ensure process design meets statutory requirements.
Participating in workshops like HAZOP, design reviews, etc.,
Interface with other disciplines and stakeholders to meet process requirements.
Liaise with external stakeholders like process licensors, OEMs, clients, and certification agencies.
Lead and guide the team to achieve project objectives.
Support team development, estimates, proposals, and ensure quality of work.
