Job Description

1.You will be responsible for both Primary and Secondary sales in

your territory,
The responsibility for other territories may be added as per the

management decision and requirement.
Training the Team and the Distributors by showing the proper

application of the products.
Ensuring achieving targets both Primary and Secondary.
Assisting the existing team in demonstrating, training, and

showing the application of products to the clients.
Timely Follow up with Distributors for weekly and monthly Reports
Ensuring proper stock availability with the distributor for moving items
Ensuring movement of stocks, following FIFO and all non moving

stocks are paid special attention too.
Sharing with the management of the nonmoving stocks report and

assisting in developing strategy for its timely movement.
Ensuring successful implementation of Sales Strategies
Forecasting and projections of stock movement along with the team

to ensure availability of stock.
Ensuring team Follow up with existing clients for repeat orders
Resolving any complaints or issues faced by any new or existing clients




Developing recent Key clients by scouting the market by Identifying,

approaching, and introducing the products to the new clients for

developing of sales in the HORECA,

Manufacturing, Airline Kitchen, Cloud Kitchen Industry
Assisting team and the distributor in developing sales or opening

of recent accounts wherever necessary.
Ensuring timely deliveries by distributor to the clients.
Forecasting along with key clients for proper stock maintenance

requirements
Timely reporting of weekly and monthly sales as required by the management
Ensuring proper processes are followed to ensure smooth running

of the business in your respective territory.
Traveling to other territories to grow the market share, sales

and support the local team and distributor of the respective territory
Identifying recent territories, studying the market potential,

presenting proper reporting to the management
All other activities related to proper functioning, generating

sales revenue and growth in your respective territories
