Job Responsibilities
Call potential candidates and onboard new insurance advisors.
Explain the advisor business chance and onboarding process.
Assist eligible candidates with PAN, Aadhaar and education document submission.
Follow up with onboarded advisors to help them complete the required training and achieve their first sale.
Maintain daily onboarding, activation and follow-up reports.

Eligibility




Minimum 12th pass preferred; candidates meeting the applicable advisor eligibility criteria may also be considered.
Good communication skills in Hindi; basic smartphone and computer knowledge.
Sales, telecalling, recruitment or banking experience is an advantage.
Target-oriented candidates with a willingness to learn.
