Job Description – Senior Data Scientist / ML Engineer (GenAI & RAG) Experience: 5+ Years

Domain: AI/ML, Generative AI

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
Develop scalable Python applications and automated data processing pipelines.
Work with LLMs, NLP, embeddings, vector databases, and document processing.
Implement and maintain cloud-based AI solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready solutions.

Required Skills
Solid hands-on experience in Python and machine learning.
Practical experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG architectures.
Knowledge of NLP, semantic search, embeddings, and vector databases.
Experience with Azure cloud services and AI tools.
Experience with data pipelines, APIs, Git,



and CI/CD.
Solid problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.

Positive to Have
Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Azure Document Intelligence.
Knowledge of document extraction, processing, and version comparison.
Experience in healthcare, clinical research, or life sciences.
Familiarity with production ML deployment and monitoring.

Ideal Candidate: A hands-on AI/ML engineer with strong Python expertise, practical GenAI/RAG implementation experience, and the ability to independently develop and deliver scalable, production-ready solutions.
