WE'RE HIRING | ADMISSION COUNSELLOR – MEBB

Artistic School of Business (ASB) is looking for a confident, result-oriented Student Counsellor to join our admissions team for our Master Program in Entrepreneurial Business Building (MEBB).

This role is more than just counselling - you will be responsible for turning genuine student interest into confirmed admissions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Handle qualified student enquiries and understand their career goals
Counsel students and parents about the MEBB program
Explain the curriculum, learning methodology and career opportunities
Conduct counselling calls, meetings and campus visits
Handle queries, concerns and objections confidently
Follow up with prospective students and drive them towards a decision
Convert qualified prospects into confirmed admissions
Achieve monthly admission & revenue targets
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records
Coordinate admission documentation, fees and student onboarding
Share feedback on lead quality, objections and conversion challenges

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
1–3 years of experience in Student Counselling, Education Sales, Admissions, Inside Sales or CRM




Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Excellent communication skills in English & Tamil
Robust counselling, persuasion, follow-up and closing skills
Confident interaction with students and parents
Target-oriented and comfortable with admission & revenue goals
Qualified, energetic and presentable
Experience in premium education sales is an advantage

YOUR SUCCESS WILL BE MEASURED BY

Qualified Leads → Counselling → Follow-ups → Admissions → Revenue Your performance will be evaluated based on counselling effectiveness, conversion, admission targets, revenue generation and student/parent experience.

Location: Chennai
Employment: Full time
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: 20,000/month + Incentives (negotiable based on experience)
