Roles & Responsibilities
Follow up with customers and dealers for outstanding payments.
Ensure timely collection of payments as per company credit terms.
Maintain records of pending payments and customer outstanding balances.
Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams regarding payment status.
Visit customers and dealers for payment collection, when required.
Prepare daily collection reports and update payment records.
Resolve payment-related queries and maintain valuable customer relationships.
Achieve monthly collection targets assigned by management.
Required Skills
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of accounting and payment records.
Follow-up skills and ability to meet collection targets.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
Honesty, patience, and attention to detail.
