Operate injection moulding machines as per approved process parameters.
Set and monitor parameters such as temperature, injection pressure, holding pressure, cycle time, and cooling time.
Ensure proper loading and unloading of moulds with the authorized team.
Monitor product quality, including dimensions, weight, colour, and visual appearance.
Identify and report defects such as short shots, flash, sink marks, burn marks, warpage, and black spots.
Perform routine machine checks and maintain cleanliness of the machine and workplace.
Follow production schedules and achieve daily production targets.
