Job responsibilities
Generate home loan business through assigned geographical areas.
Identify recent business sources and develop relationships with channel partners.
Source and manage leads, and follow up with prospective customers.
Explain loan products, eligibility criteria and documentation requirements.
Coordinate customer documentation, KYC and loan processing.
Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain daily activity reports.
Eligibility from our earlier JD
Graduate or postgraduate.
6 months to 5 years of sales experience; home loans, BFSI or other sales experience.
Two-wheeler is mandatory.
Monthly CTC previously discussed: ₹25,000–₹33,333 plus incentives.
