We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager - Process Excellence in the Comms & Media domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process excellence and be able to drive improvements across various functions.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
Analyze data and metrics to measure process performance and inform decision-making.
Design and implement recent processes and procedures to improve quality and customer satisfaction.
Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
Identify prospects for cost savings and budget efficiencies through process optimization.

Job Requirements




Strong understanding of process excellence principles and methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Robust project management skills, including experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with process mapping and flowcharting tools, such as Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
