We are looking for a responsible and dedicated Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our restaurant. The candidate should have good leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations smoothly.
Supervise staff and coordinate with different departments.
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance.
Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.
Monitor food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
Maintain inventory, stock records, and wastage control.
Coordinate billing and cash-handling activities.




Support recruitment, staff training, and shift scheduling.
Ensure company policies and operational standards are followed.

Requirements:
Minimum education: diploma in hotel management
Previous experience in hotel or restaurant operations is preferred.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage a team and work in a quick-paced workplace.
Willingness to work adaptable shifts.
