Job Responsibilities:
Deliver customer orders accurately and on time within the assigned area.
Collect orders from the store and check that items and quantities match the order before leaving.
Handle products carefully and ensure they reach customers in valuable condition.
Collect payments (cash or digital) where applicable and deposit them correctly.
Update delivery status in the app or with the store team after each delivery.
Coordinate with the store team and customers regarding addresses, timings and any delivery issues.
Maintain a polite and professional attitude with customers at all times.
Follow traffic rules and company safety guidelines while on the road.
Requirements:
10th pass or higher (12th pass preferred).
Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of delivery experience can apply.
Valid driving licence and a two-wheeler in positive working condition.
Own smartphone with basic knowledge of using apps and Google Maps.
Positive knowledge of local areas and routes in Jodhpur.
Honest, punctual and responsible, with good communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple deliveries efficiently.
