We are looking for a dedicated Tele Caller to coordinate appointments with clients for their business promotion on various social media platforms, websites, and Google services. This full-time role is based in Delhi NCR, India, and is open to female candidates with 1 to 4 years of experience.Key responsibilities include making outbound calls to potential clients to secure appointments, effectively communicating the perks of the client's promotional services, and following up on leads to ensure successful appointments are set. You will be expected to manage and maintain records of calls and client interactions for productive tracking and reporting. The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to engage effectively with clients over the phone. Additionally, experience in customer service or sales roles will be an advantage.



A solid understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts will help in effectively promoting the clients' services. As this is an office-based position, candidates must have the ability to work full-time from the office and be comfortable using office technology. A graduate degree is required, and familiarity with phone-based communication tools is preferred. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this role.
