Responsibilities
Builds and owns the long-term relationship (through proactive and reactive engagement) between Agoda and their strategic and/or key accounts (comprised of top producing partners).
Be responsible for the maintenance and improvement of the performance of their accounts, typically from a portfolio of the top producing properties for the country.
Proactively engages Agodas supply partners, utilizing exemplary Strategic Account Management (SAM) approaches and practices to drive mutual growth and maximize value.
Actively manages supply partners, providing consultative services and tailor-made solutions to hotel partners to improve mutual revenue growth.
Demonstrates a data driven and consultative approach to prioritizing tasks and delivering pitches that lead to high conversion for each hotel partner.
Maintains meaningful high-frequency engagement with supply partners, including a minimum of one face-to-face interaction for a quarter.
Responds to the needs and requests of hotel partners in a timely and effective manner.
Can handle both input and output KPIs and achieve their individual KPIs with minimal supervision from an Area Manager.





What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree; Master's degree is a plus
Minimum 4 years of experience in business development and/or account management
Experience in OTA, fast-paced tech environments, e-commerce preferred
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to influence both external/internal stakeholders
Robust analytical acumen with proven data-driven problem-solving skills
Team player with a professional get it done attitude and work ethic
Proven success in acquiring, building maintaining long-term customer relationships
Adapts well to change and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to create recent, creative ideas, and drive workstream to create impact from those ideas
Proficiency in English and Hindi - oral and written
