Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with 1–5 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting and finance activities for our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities
Handle daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
Prepare and verify sales and purchase invoices.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
Verify bills, invoices, expenses, and supporting documents.
Handle GST and TDS-related accounting activities.
Prepare regular financial and MIS reports.
Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
Coordinate with retail stores and internal departments.
Assist with monthly closing and audit requirements.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
MBA in Finance.




1–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
Retail industry experience will be an added advantage.
Valuable knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliation.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Working knowledge of Tally/ERP accounting software.
Positive analytical and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Preferred Candidate's
Candidates who can join immediately or have a short notice period.
Candidates based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate to Hyderabad.
