Head of Engineering – Key Requirements
6–10 years of software engineering experience, including engineering team leadership.
Strong expertise in SaaS architecture, cloud platforms, backend systems, APIs, and modern engineering tools.
Proven experience delivering enterprise-grade Vision AI, Computer Vision, or AI/ML-powered products from development to production.
Experience building scalable, secure, high-performance software platforms and integrating AI models into real-world enterprise applications.
Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, production reliability, observability, cybersecurity, and incident management.
Ability to lead, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams while maintaining hands-on technical ownership.
Strong product thinking, execution discipline, customer orientation, and transparent communication skills.
High ownership, sound technical judgment, and the ability to make pragmatic decisions in a fast-paced startup workplace.
