Provides systems analysis, design, development, testing and support for moderately complex technical information system components.

Essential Functions and Other Job Information:

• Designs and develops components and services according to specifications within a team workplace.
• Performs systems analysis and prepares detailed system documentation including requirements, specifications, test plans and user manuals.
• Performs unit and system tests and, as needed, validation testing.
• Assists DBA with database design.
• Coordinates with Operations staff on deployment of applications.
• Works with business partners to analyze and address support requests to include training.
• Ensures all activities are performed with quality and compliance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification

Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills,



and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2+ years’).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Client focused approach with strong interpersonal skills
Must be able to multitask and pay close attention to detail
Solid knowledge of ASP.NET, C#, Web Services, ETL and related technologies, REST services
Solid knowledge of basic relational database platforms
Familiarity with the following systems & skills preferred: Microsoft IIS, Microsoft Azure Cloud, Azure Web App, Azure Function App, Azure DevOps, Clinical Industry Knowledge, Project Management
Solid logic, analysis, and problem solving skills

Working conditions
Long, wide-ranging hours required occasionally.
Required to participate in on-call rotation.
Required to work in APAC Shift-2 or Shift 3

Working Hours

India : 1 PM IST – 10 PM IST or 3 PM IST - 12 AM IST

Philippines : 3:30 PM PST – 12:30 AM PST or 5:30 PM PST - 2:30 AM PST
