Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers.
Understand customer queries and provide accurate solutions.
Resolve customer issues professionally within the required turnaround time.
Maintain a high level of customer service and communication quality.
Follow company policies, processes, and call-handling guidelines.
Document customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
Meet assigned targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Skills Required
Valuable English communication and conversational skills.
Ability to understand and speak with international customers confidently.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational week offs.




Comfortable working in a voice-based customer support environment.
