Key Responsibilities:- Customer Engagement: Initiate calls to potential customers, providing information about our products and services, and addressing inquiries to foster interest.- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through phone conversations, ensuring a robust pipeline for sales prospects.- Sales Closure: Effectively communicate the value of our offerings to close sales and meet or exceed set targets, demonstrating persuasive skills.- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups using the company’s designated systems.- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to assist in improving product offerings and customer service.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with customers.
